A former commercial fly tyer, Phil has dedicated over 35 years to fly-fishing lakes and is well-known for his mastery of techniques, including fly fishing with Chironomids. His passion for stillwaters has taken him all over Canada, the United States, South America and beyond in pursuit of trout, char and other species.
